Michelle Williams, LCSW-S
My name is Michelle Williams. I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker and
recognized as a Board-Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S) by the Texas State Board of Social Work
Examiners.
My philosophy as a clinician incorporates person-centered and strengths-based perspectives to
empower clients to develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication skills,
strengthen relationships, and foster meaningful personal growth. My goal is to create a
supportive and collaborative space where clients can gain insight, build confidence, and move
forward with purpose.
My experience spans across diverse settings and populations, from conducting mental health
evaluations in psychiatric hospitals to direct practice and crisis interventions in schools. My
strengths include active listening, problem solving, and collaborative work with interdisciplinary
teams to ensure clients receive the best care possible.
I am deeply committed to community involvement and seek opportunities to make a positive
impact. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two
children, supporting their activities and sharing in their accomplishments. Whether I’m at a local
event, or cheering on my family, I find joy in giving back and staying connected to my
community.

Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision to LMSWs pursuing their LCSW licensure. In this role, I offer
consultation and supervision for post-graduate therapists-in-training, focusing on learning the
clinical process and bridging the gap between academic study and real-life clinical practice.
