Meet Brittany

Brittany Bryant, Licensed Professional Counselor

My name is Brittany Bryant. I am a Licensed Processional Counselor. I was born and raised in East Texas. I love all things sports and outdoors. I am married to a supportive, hard-working man who shares the same beliefs and interests and we have three beautiful German Shepherds.

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to keep up with everything—work, relationships, family, responsibilities, expectations, and the thoughts running through your mind. You may be feeling anxious, exhausted, unmotivated, or simply stuck. If you’re struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or the everyday demands of life, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

When it comes to therapy, my approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is one of the most effective methods of treatment. It can help you recognize patterns of thinking and behavior that may be keeping you stuck, while also exploring the holistic approach and how the emotional, relational, physical, and lifestyle factors can influence your overall well-being. believe everything is integrated. I look at multiple dimensions of wellness including spirituality, nutrition, sleep, and exercise, which is why I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I like to break down our habits and make small changes that add up to major results.

I also work with couples who want to improve communication, deepen their connection, work through conflict, and better understand one another.

Do you have questions?

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT?

Honestly, you may not know until our first, or first few sessions. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important determining factors in the success of therapy.

The first few sessions can reveal a lot, especially your goals for therapy and what approach you may need. There are different types of therapy approaches. At the end of the day, I want you to get the best, most comprehensive plan and I will help guide you in the right direction.

For now, I provide all sessions virtually/online ONLY. This allows for more flexibility in schedules and therapy more attainable statewide!
